Tokyo Ride to Protest Nuclear Power

Maybe not the most riveting video ever, but it’s good to see cyclists in Japan taking to the streets for a cause.

The video is about the latest Friday Bike Rally Against NPP. We get together every Friday evening so we can cheer up the pedestrian protesters confined in the narrow sidewalks surrounding the Diet. Bikers, on the other hand, are not under the MPD’s strict riot control policy. We are free to move about.

Speaking of riveting, you guys might find it interesting to find the most riveting icon ever on the twitter page of the mostly twitter based pedestrian coalition sharing the same cause.

Yet another Bike Rally on 11/11.

Still not so riveting a video, there is something “A Hard Day’s Night” comical about the interaction with the foot soldiers of the MPD.
