Riding BlindBy Brad Quartuccio Observed bicycle trials is hard enough already—a constant balancing act, fluidly moving a bicycle up and over seemingly unrideable forms and obstacles with a certain riding technique unlike other disciplines. Rear wheel balancing, hopping sideways up handlebar height ledges, the majority of people place trials one step away from circus act in both the style of riding, and the inability to see themselves ever attempting it. Relatively few try their hand at it, and even fewer succeed. Matt Gilman does it blind. |
