		<description><![CDATA[What&#039;s missing from the numbers is a time period. If he&#039;s doing 300 mi./mo. (month) that&#039;s about an hour of biking per day. If it&#039;s per week then it&#039;s three to four (3 - 4) hours per day which is doable. Either way it adds up fairly quickly to a healthier body.

P.S. Years ago, I used to make thirty to forty (30 - 40) mile roundtrips on Saturdays to visit libraries with different selections. The scenery was a plus - bridge w/ ocean views, killer hills, etc.]]></description>
