		<description><![CDATA[Well, the system was paid for by an advertising agency, who got to put up ads at each bike station for free (but still charge the companies advertising). All profits go to the city. I&#039;m betting that the agency is still willing to pay to outfit new stations with stands and bikes in exchange for the ad space they will make a profit off of, and possibly the city might have to be willing to use some of it profits to replace those lost and damaged bikes...either way it&#039;s a wonderful system than any city should be jealous of.]]></description>
