«I’ll be laughing my ass off when gas hits $4/gal.»

What the hell does the gasoline cost over there in the USA? Is it so far from 4 $ / gallon yet? That’s like $ 1.05 / Liter, right? That’s € 0.77. In Portugal we pay € 1.35 / L of gasoline. That’s about $ 1.80 / L or $ 6.90 per gallon!! And you guys complaint? :-P

    Looks nice.

Btw, gasoline may only cost us $3.85 at the pump, but we also pay high federal income taxes to support a large government that subsidizes this low price through certain other activities.

Finally a bike zine with no lycra and no overpriced ‘must have’ fad bike parts, just the guys who ride for the love of riding. Sweet.

Lookin’ forward to issue 2. Keep rollin’….

  24. 24 Marcus Anderson

Great publication. I didn’t realize you were the guys of Dirt Rag. Keep it going. Loving it.

  25. 25 Wes

    I love the premiere issue!

    Ride a f***in’ bike!!!

Downloaded the first issue back in May and loved it. Why the name change from Urban Cyclist to Urban Velo? Cyclist is direct and to the point while Velo sounds organized and stiff.
