The Tour de France is heading to London this year, but something tells me no one cares.

Something to care about: In advance of Le Tour, on June 23rd the streets of London will play host to The Smithfield Nocturne. A bicycling event for all bicyclists. Along with the elite crit racing at the end of the evening, there is an All Star Challenge along with a messenger style race involving pickups/deliveries. Most enticing however is the folding bike race. Oh yeah, dressed in suits competitors will have to assemble their bikes before doing a five-lap sprint for the grand prize. This is Urban Velo’s style of racing, for sure.
