The Art of the Bicycle

msaiThe Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago has opened it’s exhibit titled, The Art of the Bicycle, showcasing a replica of the Draisienne Walking Machine from 1818 to modern day carbon fiber marvels. The exhibit details the evolution of bicycle design and illustrates how riders and inventors are pushing boundaries both physical (I’m assuming the doping strategy is absent) and technological. Don’t worry about missing the showing, it’s going to be a part of General Admission all the way through 2018, so you’ll have plenty of time to see it if you find yourself in the Chicago area.
