I've been riding fixed for ten years now. Yes, I would buy one, should it become available. Would different models, with different spacing be available?

Hello Sturmey fans!
The Hub is proceading, and we at Seattle Bike supply will likely carry this as an after market item, but the cost will be in the $300.00 to $350.00 MSRP range--from early reports. Timing looks like fall 2009 from all current indicators.

Is there any more news on this? I want to commute fixed but I have two massive hills to content with and getting on and off to change a flip-flop just seems like a mess to me.

Sturmey if you are out there, Please Please Please make this available. Thanks

Any idea on the price of these bad boys. Seems to me that would be pretty slick for a polo setup and commuter for all those fixie travellers out there. I want!

A company already has produced these, "Sturmey Archer". It was pretty normal in racing when people road raced with fixed gears. It kind of left the market after derailleurs became the normal with, 3, 5, 9...speed drive trains.
