The threaded headset on the langster looks funny it sits real high. can anyone tell me why, do i have to cut the fork to make the headset look normal. it seems like spaces is making the headset sit high.

FELT did the same thing for 20210. The new FELT Brougham is a steel frame for $299. Not as nice in terms of paint work, but still a nice frame.You guys in NY and SF what’s next? The big companies have found you.

On the note of steel versus alumi. steel still has it’s advantages. hell i’ve managed to bend and crack chromo frames. thus some people are to hard on bikes for aluminum. but all things aside to each his own. i prefer steel…..

To answer Nahguavkire, the frame and fork look like they’ll retail for $440ish, and aside from the red and chrome frame there’s a white decal-less option. And the aluminum Langster is a sexy black.

Nahguavkire…I never said anything about aluminum’s performance (although I’m not a fan)…I just don’t like the way chunky aluminum frames look…bloated and unrefined.
