‘Stache Bags is a small custom bag maker out of Oakland, CA making a variety of tool and painting supply clutches. Tool bags are handy for keeping things organized and in one place, especially if you tend to use different main bags at times and just want to swap the tool kit without thinking about it each time. This tool clutch goes for about $40 and rather than just having one expansive pocket for tools also has a smaller wallet/key pocket under the triangular flap to further keeps things separate. And hey, who can pass up sparkly vinyl?
My Pac Designs bag came with a tool bag which is great and I carry everywhere. One nice thing about a tool bag compared to just tossing everything in your big bag is that you can carry small items like zip ties without them getting lost or stuck in your tuna sandwich.
Mmmm…that would go nicely with my vintage WTB SST.X saddle covered in a similar sparkle-vinyl. Gotta get my “Bootsy Collins” on!
