		<description>I just got back from several days in Paris and the "velib" program, as they call it there, is incredible. We rode them constantly, as do, it seems, most of the parisians. The stations are so plentiful you don't even have to know where the exact location of the one on the other side will be -- you konw one will be near. It has completely transformed how one experiences Paris.</description>
