The Skinner City Farm of Eugene OR with the help of the Center for Appropriate Transport have launched the Mobile Cannery Project. The picture bikes stocked with canning supplies visits community gardens and gives demonstrations on how to save your end of season harvest for next season. Only in Oregon.
How can you not applaud such an effort by Skinner City Farm for these innovative and well executed projects!!!
