I&#039;d emailed him several times with wrenching questions and ALWAYS received a quick and helpful reply...I also sent my &quot;Fixed Gear Testimonial&quot; to him and received a warm &quot;...welcome to the club...&quot; response.  I&#039;ve learned so much from his work...my sympathies to his family.</description>
