Scallywags Coffee Brake Mug
“What good is a sturdy metal mug with a flimsy plastic handle?” After breaking off the plastic handle from a coffee mug after a slip riding to work in a harsh Minneapolis winter, Ben continued in and fastened a scrap brake lever to his coffee mug. A couple of years later comes the $20 Scallywags Coffee Brake mug, a 14 oz double walled stainless steel mug with a cast aluminum brake lever and no slip bottom.

I’d buy one if it was skinny enough to fit in my Soma handlebar coffee cup holder. At first glance, it looks too wide (but awesome).

@carefreepvd-we tried to come up with a cup holder for the Coffee Brake Mug but it ended up being a real pain to have them made with the correct diameter. So we abandoned the idea. Who knows, we may pick it up again. Cheers! -The ‘Wags
