When we look back on the life of Sheldon Brown, most of us think of his vast knowledge of bikes. But he was much more than a walking encyclopedia of bicycle knowledge. Most of Sheldon’s “spoofs” are a scream…despite his encyclopedic knowledge of bikes, he seemed to approach everything with a healthy sense of humor. Good stuff, and a really good guy. I miss him, although I’d never met him in person.
