  • It’s always sad to hear of a cyclist being struck and killed by a vehicle. Here in Tallahassee, FL where I reside I’ve been hit three times and I’m lucky enough to be riding today. I love to ride here and there are hills in Florida so it can be really fun, but I do fear the two-ton killing machines. I almost think my body is a magnet for cars and careless drivers. It hurts to know that these tragic events are one of the only ways to get mass media outlets to focus on cycling and pedestrian awareness.
