Matt Ruscigno of True Love Health recently put up episode 9 of Day in the Life, an interview series about vegan athletes. This most recent episode is with famed BMX photographer and rider Rob Dolecki. Rob talks shop while ripping around a couple parks in his hometown. I know BMX isn’t usually Urban Velo’s thing, but I think a lot of what Rob says about riding and the subsequent enjoyment is pretty universal for cyclists of any stripe. Get into it.
