		<description><![CDATA[How does the mount not rotate around that central bolt?  Is it just how tight you make the bolt holding the mount or mount+brake to the brake stud?  I can imagine a loose bolt would let the whole thing, including light, rotate around to swing into the spokes or rub against the tire.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Cool idea if you have a light with a fixed mounting point.  Some lights have rubber o-rings to affix them to a bicycle.  These o-rings hold well, but require some adjustment from time to time.  
Reaching down towards the wheel @ 20+ mph, in the dark, could be daunting for a neophyte.  Nothing says big crash like getting fingers caught in spokes in the dark!]]></description>
