Pittsburgh’s 5th annual BikeFest starts in just a few days, running August 14-23. It all begins with a kickoff party on the evening of the 14th which tends to be one of the parties people in town talk about all year. Held at the Pittsburgh Opera House this year, this is a significant fundraiser for BikePGH’s advocacy efforts and promises to be good time, with a number of local cycling groups having a presence.
