Philly Naked Bike Ride 2012

In the interest of not getting your butts fired, we won’t post any direct photos from this year’s Naked Bike Rike that went down in Philly last week. You can, however, like them on their Facebook page and view some of the photos, check out some flickr streams, find out when the next PNBR is, get in on some rides to nude beaches and have all sorts of other declothed conversations. Judging by the photos, it looks to have been a fun, safe ride. Maybe, however, you are wondering, “Why naked?”

WHY WE RIDE:
We ride to PROMOTE CYCLING ADVOCACY.
We ride to RAISE AWARENESS about FUEL CONSUMPTION and the environmental impact of car culture.
We ride to PROMOTE POSITIVE BODY IMAGE.
We ride to PROMOTE ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY as a way of life and a corporate responsibility.

And there you have it. More information about the Naked Bike Ride movement here.
