Used to see guys staking out bikes, walking down the block seeing how each one was locked up, and you always see someone riding down to south Philly on one bike while towing another…aaahhh a magical place, Philadelphia, where our country was born

How did kryptonite draw the list? Utilizing police reports? They are notoriously unreliable in this regard.
I had a 2nd bike stolen today. It was securely locked in a “nice” area. This is the 2nd bike I’ve had in this city…the 1st was stolen with in 2 days.
