The guys at Pedros said the Tülio was the most photographed item at their booth this year. It’s a cool, simple idea. The handle end of the quick release skewer is a multi-tool featuring 4,5,6 and 8mm hex wrench, a flat head screwdriver, a chain tool and spoke wrenches. The name, for those who don’t know, pays homage to Tülio Campagnolo, inventor of the quick release.

This seems like a terrible idea. Now, bike thieves can not only steal your wheels, but use the hex wrenches to strip everything else off the bike, no tools required…
Actually that seems like an outstanding idea. Not every bike is at risk of being stolen all the time. On a city bike, probably not good. But on a mountain bike that would be sweet
i think cool tools had a similar product a bunch of years ago.
