Peanut’s in the World Cup

Hat’s off to Christine “Peanut” Vardaros for being selected among three women to represent the US at the UCI Cyclocross World Cup in Begium later this month.

Peanut’s a vegan athlete who recently spoke at World Vegetarian Day in San Francisco. She splits her time living between Leuven, Belgium and Mill Valley, CA. When she’s not racing cross bikes, she likes spending time with her kitty and riding her fixie.
