Off Duty Police Officer Drinks, Drives and Kills Teenage Cyclist

This news item from Windsor Locks, CT is both heartbreaking and infuriating. Last month, an off duty police officer struck and killed 15-year-old Henry Dang. According to WTNH:
The lawyer for a Windsor Locks police officer says his client had been drinking at a bar before his car struck and killed a teenage bicyclist last month.
What’s more, responding officers did not perform a blood alcohol test, and one of the reporting officers at the scene was the driver’s father. Read the entire story.
