Nite Ize BikeLit Saddle Mounted LED

Nite Ize produces the pictured $8 saddle rail mounted BikeLit LED light, creating a pretty elegant solution to mounting a tail light. The light body flexes to attach to conventional saddle rails, holding in place with no other mounting hardware. They also make a white version meant to clip onto cable housing and not take up precious bar space.

I can’t help but think it’s going to look like a giant glowing hemroid at night.

I always wonder about the brightness of small budget lights like these. Anything is better than nothing, but a PB Superflash will put most of them to shame.

Neat idea but not so good if you ride with a seatbag.Cablehousing version could be cool!
