National Moto + Cycle Does Indy Cars

Indianapolis has a fascinating mash-up of a bike shop that combines the vintage aesthetic of the racing motor bicycles of the past with modern manufacturing. National Moto+Cycle Co. sells bicycles modeled after the vintage racers, modern versions of the motorized machines and electric bikes by Pedego. They just announced on their Facebook page that they have acquired the rights to produce the Indianapolis Motor Speedway BoardRacer collection. Available this winter, the bikes are modeled after specific Indy car and motorcycle champions. National Moto+Cycle have a formal education in design and it shows in everything they do, from showcasing bikes at art openings, the design of their shop and especially the designs of their bikes. They create some beautiful machines and are definitely a shop to visit if you are in the area.
