		<description><![CDATA[I was able to change a 1980s bike from 26&quot; to 700c by just using the brake bridge to mount calipers instead of cantilevers.  Also, you could change out the fork to deal with the front brake issue, so you could get by with just one of the Mavics if you found one.]]></description>
