Lucho Herrera Tour France 1984 Alpe D’huez

In his story Discovering the Bicycle in Bogotá, the author describes listening to radio reports of Colombian cyclist Lucho Herrera winning the 1984 Alpe D’huez stage of the Tour de France. Years later, he is fortunate enough to find a video of it on the internet.
