Lance Armstrong Nike Parody

I remember this commercial from back when I had the inclination to follow professional road racing to some degree, it’s a good one. The parody, however, nails it, especially given that both Nike and Radioshack severed ties with Lance Armstrong today, the very same day Lance announced that he is stepping down as Chairman of the Livestrong Foundation. “I’m fucking wired, man.”

And now: Trek drops lance. “Trek is disappointed by the findings and conclusions in the USADA report regarding Lance Armstrong. Given the determinations of the report, Trek today is terminating our longterm relationship with Lance Armstrong. Trek will continue to support the Livestrong Foundation and its efforts to combat cancer.”
