		<description>You&#039;ve got to put stress on your skeletal structure with weight bearing exercise.  I do strength training 2x per week....Leg presses, chins, dips, lumbar extension, and 4-way neck.  Takes about 20 minutes and works everything..or at least feels like it does.</description>

		<description>Get a dog and walk it twice a day. Walking is great for bone density and adopting an dog in need is great for that dog.
