Issue 7 Available

Urban Velo #7Issue 7 is now available, formatted for the web, as a PDF or in print.

This issue marks the start of our second year, and we’ve pulled out all the stops. Highlights include articles on fixed gear freestyle, city-to-city bike touring and one rider’s journey from messenger to competitive road racer. Our gallery takes a look at life through the talented lens of Ezra Caldwell, our editor dishes the dirt on stem and seatpost insertion and how to make your own DIY wheel-truing stand.

  • thanks……it is always a great things a new U.V. number.

  • like before, this ish is another great dish. fix freestyle i find a joke, but give respect to the kids who break aerospokes. someday they may surpass the bmx masses, til then I’m more stoked on side projects like fixed gear trespasses in dirttrack morasses. and of course on the boards, from which it was borne, path racers and six days and other locked cog porn. a minor digression for great number seven, sharing the wealth with another great collection of rollers ’round the globe, practical mechanical advice in a mag freshly bold. keep on servin’ the hits gents, it never gets old.
