		<description>Further evidence: Boston Globe reports today that Massachusetts has $80M in unclaimed federal funds, marked for bicycle related projects.

You could buy Trek Districts (not that I would) for 80,000 people with that money. You could paint a kajillion miles of bike paths.

But they won&#039;t. Cause they don&#039;t care.</description>

		<description>There will be no revolution. There will be slowly steady progress, with setbacks and problems all along the way. NOTHING happens quickly in Boston. The Mayor has a hard-on for bikes now, but Boston&#039;s drivers don&#039;t, and until the tyranny of the auto is overcome, there&#039;s no where for all these bikes to go.
