That shifter is for the Sturmey Archer 3 speed fixed hub in the other photo.
As far as the underwear on the mannequin… If it made my package look like that- I’d buy it.

The Retrotech frames were custom-built for the Sunrace/Sturmey-Archer booth. The hub is the 3-speed fixed hub by Sturmey-Archer.
