This is my fourth winter biking in Chicago. I kind of feel like I have the hang of it, finally. I got my fresh Panaracer T-Serv PT tires, that grip the asphalt so securely you’d swear that they were covered in suction cups. I got my fleece lined cap to line my ultraventilated helmet. I got my Mavic winter shell with the asymmetrical zip, stretchy cuffs, & wrist zips. I got merino and cashmere and weird meshy technical fabrics. I got Clima Vent. I got Omniheat. I got Smartwool for days, bitches.
