Yeah, that has Grant Petersen written all over it. Those old Bridgestone catalogs are, like what Rick alluded to, basically precursors to the current Rivendell Reader.

That’s great! I used to love getting the newest Bridgestone catalog at the trade show. Where’s Pineapple Bob? Always wanted a MTB-zip but, alas, I was more into trials riding. That is some sage advice.

One of the best, most well rounded pages of bike advice I’ve ever read. This should come wrapped around the top tube of every frame.
