Ground Up Polo Bike at NAHBS 2013

ground_up_nahbs_2013_034

Ground Up is one of those brands that always has something creative in store, this year with builder Eric Baar’s own polo bike, the only such bike on display this year. Metal flake paint makes it pop, and the removeable rear triangle makes it easy to pack and fly with the bike to far off tournaments. Check out that chain tensioning, using a fixed rear dropout with the adjustment happening between a driveside turnbuckle and a under bottom bracket track end.
