		<description><![CDATA[My gf gifted me this bag a few months ago to carry tools, rain jacket, etc. I mainly use it when Im travelling light. It can also connect to a rear rack and if you like to DIY, a strap can be easily constructed, I use a 2&quot; canvas utility strap with the extra length as a stabilizing strap.

I finally used it as a cooler this past weekend to hold two 24 oz PBRs (no joke), it kept them cold for about three hours until we stopped to imbibe.]]></description>
