Hipster Nascar recently posted a news item about Cleveland’s plan to bring indoor velodrome racing back to Ohio. Fast Track Cycling is a non-profit organization raising money to build a super-modern multi-use facility that will bring recognition to the area. Their site also has some cool history links and photos, including track plans from the 1950’s.
