Civia Cycles launches Greenlight Bike League

Civia Cycles is launching a new bike league to track rides and compete fantasy-football style with other participants called Greenlight. This sprung out of an effort within the walls of Quality Bicycle Parts, the largest bicycle parts distributor in the USA and home to Surly, Salsa, Civia etc., to provide some fun and motivation for cycle commuters.

The league officially launches on September 24th, so get on board early and ride often.

  • Just what the world needs… Competitive Commuting! Is there also a website to compete in the category for “who spent the most $ on their ‘transportation oriented’ bicycle and riding gear”?

  • I like the effort to get industry people engaged in the bikes as transportation movement. Unfortunately this fellow Mark starts off the commentary with a negative comment. Nice one Mark. Let’s tear it down criticize. Always helpful. Maybe we should have a competition to see who can be the biggest stick in the mud. As for me, I am signing up for Greenlight now!
