Rie from Nagoya recently wrote a blog post for Candy Cranks about her mobile bike café. In an email to Urban Velo she said, “I always want to do unusual and fun things through the bicycle, and share with lots of people. So, I started a bicycle café in Nagoya!”
She’s been studying hand-brewing techniques at a local café, and on Valentine’s Day she set up operations in front of the Circles bike shop. She sold more than 100 cups of coffee—not bad for one day! She plans to sell coffee there every Sunday, so stop on by if you’re in Nagoya.
