		<description>my dickhole college won&#039;t even move a bike rack they acquired when they bought a broken down elementary school from the city (and all of the land/property with it). I&#039;ve talked to the city, college president, got 1/10 of my campus to sign a petition, and even taked to the newspapers and local tv stations. Oh. the bike rack is 1/2 a mile away from the intended spot we&#039;d like it on campus... It&#039;s 20&#039; x 3&#039; and would cost $1500 to buy these days. I guess my college is just an asshat...</description>

		<description>I loved that article, although I wish there had been more mention of things like free training for students on urban cycling skills - how to bike in traffic, things like that. You never know, those kinds of skills might be very, very important someday.</description>
