Blogging Bike Fashion for the Ladies
London Cycle Chic is a site that “offers tips and advice on how to combine safety, practicality and style to acheive true urban cycle chic.” While we weren’t necessarily crazy about the Jackie O inspired helmet cover they recently reported on, the blog is really well done. In addition to fashion guidance, the site offers practical advice and inspiration for beginner cyclists.

Wow. I am a big fan of that helmet cover. Folks who are into this sort of thing may want to check out dashingtweeds.com They have some Amazing reflective fabric bespoke clothing for riding that is traditional and stylish when not under the limelight. Worth looking at, though crazy expensive.

Hmmm, I worry about visibility with that helmet cover. I need my peripheral vision!

For what it is worth, we have some of these sites Stateside.
Riding Pretty: http://ridingpretty.blogspot.com/ is in Berkeley, CA (note, this is the maker of the helmet cover you featured)
Velo Vogue: http://velovogue.blogspot.com/ is in San Francisco, CA
and my humble offering http://chiccyclist.blogspot.com/ is in Boston, MA
There is also a Canadian sister doing the same thing in Edmonton:

It is fun to see how the content differs regionally!
