Most people don’t think “bicycles” when they think of Baltimore, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a healthy bike scene down by the Chesapeake Bay. Chris Bishop, owner and builder of Bishop Bikes, is quite obviously a fan of track bikes and singlespeed mountain bikes. He also does gear road bikes and touring bikes—but he sticks with steel frames and lugged and fillet brazed construction.
