I'm a regular bike commuter, registered for bike to work week (organized things at my office) and this is the first I've heard about this, despite living in Baltimore. I also noticed on the website that the local bike culture pushers (Baltimore Spokes, One Less Car, Velocipede) aren't listed. Maybe it’s just me, but this hasn’t been well publicized.
