		<description>Maybe it&#039;s just me, but this hasn&#039;t been well publicized. I&#039;m a regular bike commuter, registered for bike to work week (organized things at my office) and this is the first I&#039;ve heard about this, despite living in Baltimore. I also noticed on the website that the local bike culture pushers (Baltimore Spokes, One Less Car, Velocipede) aren&#039;t listed.</description>
