There appears to be a surprisingly large number of people who still spin their own wool, and some enterprising soul recognized the utility of our favorite invention—the bicycle wheel. A handmade setup like the one shown starts at $175, or maybe you can rig up your own.
I had day dreams about this a while back. Thanks for posting this. Anyone have any ideas on how to make a plow from a bicycle? Cultivating 2/5 acres by hand appears daunting work.
