Frankly, it doesn’t look like carbon. The downtube/headtube joint has much too small of a radius of curvature for carbon. It looks like welded aluminum. Perhaps only the rear seat stays are carbon.

I scoffed at the price, but then realized it has hydraulic brakes….and a “wheel reflector”.
