A motorist on Wilshire Boulevard came to an intersection and found herself behind somebody who was preparing to turn left. Under normal conditions this would mean slowing down and waiting but since it was a cyclist, the motorist accelerated and screamed “Get out of the road!” The incident escalated and resulted in the arrival of Beverly Hills Police Officer Prenesti who greeted the cyclist by yelling “You idiot!”

Yeah – LA. we invented SWAT here, y’know. Ironic that a Police SUV ran escort to the last Midnight Ridazz and even corked for us. That’s LAPD, not Bev. Hills. In Culver City, they roll with MP-5 machine guns. No mater what the civic code says, cyclists are border-line terrorist suspects in this town, so watch your six if you ride around here and keep your yap shut. Cops would much rather tie up a whole afternoon writing you up and taking you in – you dirtbag cyclist scum you – as opposed to facing some potentially armed and dangerous thug that might actually shoot them.
