As seen in this film, cyclists in Bogotá, Colombia have reason to rejoice every Sunday (and on holidays). The regular city-sponsored car free events bring almost two million people out to bike, skate, walk and dance in the streets.

I know this seems kind of strange, but I thought Colombia still had problems with FARC and such.
