A Fundraiser For Chris Igleheart

igleheart_bandaid_poster Bikes are cool, but it’s the people that ride them that make them great. It’s always so good to see the community come together to support a fallen sister and brother. Chris Igleheart is a long time framebuilder and industry nice-guy that struck by a motor vehicle a couple of weeks back, breaking his leg and landing him in the hospital for a couple of days with surgery likely needed to get him back in fighting shape. If you’ve not heard framebuilding may be the path to happiness but not necessarily to financial stability, and Chris needs a helping hand to get through this time. Over 35 companies have come together to offer donations and prizes for an event on November 22nd at the Rapha US headquarters in Portland OR. Show up with $20 and enjoy refreshments from the Chris King Cafeteria, Widmer Brothers Brewing, and Lange Estate Winery. Additionally, all in attendance will receive one free raffle ticket for the grand prize drawing for the following prizes: Breadwinner Cycles custom Continental frame and fork valued at $2095, Swobo Folsom and apparel kit valued at $1002 and a Velocity Major Tom Comp wheel set valued at $650. Can’t make it but want to throw down and get a raffle ticket? Only 150 are available to outside purchasers at $25 a pop at www.swobo.com/igleheart.
