2010 Pake Frame & Fork Colors

pake_colors_2010For 2010, Pake will be updating their venerable frame and fork, most notably changing over to a 1 1/8″ steerer tube and adding a rainbow of color options. The frame will come in 6 color options. It will no longer feature bottle cage bosses, but it will come with an alternate decal set. The fork will be a new straight blade, unicrown design, and will be available in 12 colors.

  • i think losing the bottle bosses is a bad idea, not having them on my kilo led me down the road of trying a bunch of different crappy solutions. maybe i’m just odd in that i enjoy drinking water when i ride my bike

  • Me too…are bare tubes without the addition of bottle cage bosses THAT important? I suppose if you’re merely riding your sick whip from bar to bar, you don’t need a waterbottle, but c’mon. Odd choice.

  • You had me worried, as you don’t mention that this is the track frame, and I am more familiar with their C’mute…though it could use some color options itself, the idea of killing the bosses on it would be dumb.

Maybe now that they’ve taken them from the Track Frame, they can add them to their Urban 6-speed?
